Bonnie’s journey into the canine world began in 1988 when her family opened a pet store. She grew up helping with the business and eventually explored other careers—including managing a McDonald's and working in banking. But her heart was always with the animals. In 1993, she followed her true passion and launched her own grooming business. Long before dog daycare became trendy, Bonnie had already introduced one at Pet Styles. She’s been leading the pack ever since.

Dawn's start in the pet world came unexpectedly—as a gentle “punishment” that turned into a lifelong passion. She quickly discovered that she felt more at home with dogs than people (no offense!). Her love for animals shines through in everything she does, and your pups are always in safe, caring hands when Dawn is around.

With nearly 29 years of experience in the pet and grooming industry, Lori brings a wealth of knowledge and a warm heart to the team. She first got involved by helping out at Bonnie’s family pet store. She’s worked alongside Bonnie for close to 20 years and is thrilled to bring her 'Paw'sitive vibes' to Great Woof!

Debbie spent 41 years working with children, always sharing her love of animals along the way. Over the years, she’s also been a consistent helping hand in Bonnie’s business. With the kids and some of their kids all grown up, Debbie made the leap into working with dogs full time. She couldn’t be happier, and neither could we!

Ashley’s grooming career started early with a high school co-op placement that confirmed her lifelong dream: working with dogs.
